通过业主对影响建设工程项目进度的各方面因素的分析,找出问题的所在,并提出从措施和与成本相结合等方面入手解决问题的办法和利用信息技术来为进度控制服务的构想.
Through the analysis in different elements of affecting the procedure in construction projects,the paper tfnds the solutions in measures and costs connection and proposes the suggestions of using information techrology to coutrol service.
