摘要
PBL教学法是一种由教师引导的目的明确的教学方法,问题的提出、通过学习解决问题以及提出新问题是贯彻该教学法的主线,现在已成为医学教育的重要教学方法。在普外科教学中应用PBL教学法,并与传统教学法相结合,使学生解决问题和发现问题的能力明显增强,学习兴趣和自学能力明显提高。
Problem-based learning is a teaching method with a clear motivation and guided by teacher,its main process include putting question,resolving the problems by learning and offering new questions.Nowadays,it has became the main important method in medical education.Performing problem-based learning in the teaching of general surgery combine with traditional teaching method of the ability of resolving the problems and seeking new questions,both the selfstudy ability and the study interesting increased in the students who had exercised problem-based learning in general surgery teaching.
