摘要
探讨了几种淀粉和LDPE共混体系的性能,结果表明,淀粉经过变性,降低了数均分子量和链之间的缠绕程度,提高了在高聚物共混体系中的分散性;加入增容剂,又进一步改善了淀粉表面的性质,缩小了共混体系组份间的性质差异;共混后,可得到相态稳定、分散均匀、界面粘结力强的共混膜料。对不同配方试片的力学性能、流变学性质以及形态进行了比较,研制出了较为理想的可降解的农用覆盖膜和包装材料用膜。
The formulations and properties of various polyblend films of polyethylene and starch have been investigated. After starch has been modified, the number average molecular weight of starch and the entanglement among starch chains are decreased, while the dispersity of Starch in polyblends is increased, When several compatibilizers are added, the surface property of starch is further improved and the difference between the properties of components in polyblend is shortened. Through blending, the film with a stable phase state, a homogemous distribution and a strong adhesion strength in boundary can be obtained. Comparison of mechanical properties, rheologincal properties and morphology of various formulated samples was made. the satisfactory degradable agricultural mulch and packing film are obtaimed.
