摘要 Th17细胞是新近被鉴定的一种效应Th细胞,IL-17为其标志性分泌的细胞因子,它在各种感染性疾病和自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用。自身免疫性损伤是心肌炎发病机制中的重要因素之一,并且与扩张型心肌病的发病有关。IL-21是近年来被发现和关注的一个四螺旋束的细胞因子,主要由CD4+Th细胞和NKT细胞分泌。目前研究表明,IL-21是一个新的促炎症因子,能够促进Th17细胞的增殖和分化,促进IL-17的分泌,在多种自身免疫性疾病的进程中起关键性作用。研究Th17细胞及其相关因子在免疫性疾病中的作用十分必要,为进一步揭示心肌炎的发病机制,阻断心肌炎向扩张型心肌病进展提供新的思路。 The rencently discovered Thl 7 cells take a pivotal roal in the different types of inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, Th17 cells are effector Th cells and selectively produce IL-17,which is the Th17-speific effector cytokine. Autoimmunity plays a relevant pathogenetic role in the myocarditis and in many patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.IL-21 is a novel pro-inflammatory cytoking that was recently found to contribute to many autoimmune diseases. It was discribed as a new member of the type I four-a-helical-bundle cytokine family; it has been shown to be mainly produced by activated CD4+T cells, and induces proinflammatory Thl 7cells and the production of IL-17. It is very important to research the function of IL-21 in the autoimmtme diseases ,which will be to further reveal the pathogenesis of myocarditis, and to provide new ideas of myocarditis blocking progress to dilated cardiomyopathy.
