CGMS在1型糖尿病患者中的应用及护理体会

目的观察动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）在1型糖尿病患者中的应用及护理体会。方法1型糖尿病患者26例，应用CGMS监测血糖72h，并根据结果调整降糖方案，比较动态血糖监测前后血糖控制情况。结果应用CGMS后血糖控制情况较前理想（P〈0．05）。结论CGMS能更准确地提供血糖波动情况，对糖尿病患者的用药、护理和健康教育具有重要的指导意义。

Objective To observe the using and nursing by continuous glucose monito-ring system（CGMS）in Typt 1 Diabetic patients Methods Twenty-six Typt 1 Diabetic patients were monitored by using CGMS for 72 hours, and adjusted schedule of reducing blood glucose, then compared the controlling of blood glucose.Results The blood glucose was better after CGMS （P〈0.05） .Conclusion CGMS can more accurately reply the fluctuation of blood glucose, which will adjust the dosage, nursing and health education.
