路径教育模式对先天性唇腭裂患儿健康教育效果的影响

摘要 目的探讨路径教育模式对唇腭裂患儿健康教育效果的影响。方法310例唇腭裂患儿随机分为常规组150例和路径组160例。常规组患者采用常规护理及健康教育,路径组患者采用临床护理路径实施护理及健康教育,比较两组患儿健康教育知识认知度、护理质量满意度、并发症发生率等。结果路径组患儿健康教育知识认知度,护理质量满意度明显优于常规组,并发症发生率较常规组低。结论路径教育模式对唇腭裂患儿健康教育效果影响明显,能促进患者早日康复。 [Summary]PurposeDiscuss the influence in the education results of the education mode of clinical path on Children with Cleft Lip and Palate. Method 310 eases of cleft lip and palate were randomized to the general group with 150 cases and the path group with 160 cases. The general group was treated with common care and health education, which the path group was treated with clinical nursing path to implement. Then we compare the two groups of knowledge and awareness of health education, satisfaction with quality of care, incidence of complications etc. Result The path group has obvious advantages over the general group in the respect of knowledge and awareness of health education and satisfaction with quality of care. Incidence of complications of the path group was lower than that of the general group. ConclusionThe education mode of clinical path has a significant effect on children with cleft lip and palate in educational results, which can promote early recovery of patients.
