国际体系层次的分析是西方国际关系理论研究的主流范式。新古典现实主义是现实主义流派的分支之一,融合了结构现实主义与古典现实主义的诸多观点,从单元层次分析入手,力图找到一条解决体系分析与单元分析相分离这一问题的途径。运用这一理论分析工具,解释单元层次以及其与体系层次的互动如何影响国际格局与国际体系的变动,具有现实意义。以雅尔塔体系的形成与终结为例进行分析,富有代表性。

The analysis of the level of the international system is a mainstream model for the research of the theory of the western international relations.The neoclassical realism is one branch of realism school,which,starting with the analysis of unit level and trying hard to find a way to solve the issue that separates the systemic level of analysis from unit level of analysis,fuses many viewpoints of the structural realism and classical realism.It has a practical significance in explaining how the unit level and the interaction of unit and systemic level influence the transformation of international configuration and international system.It is a representative analysis taking the initiation and termination of Yalta System as an example.
