聚氨酯泡沫喷涂工艺的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 考察了催化剂用量、发泡剂种类及用量、泡沫稳定剂用量等对喷涂制成硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的影响。实验证明,选择N,N-二甲基环己胺和二月桂酸二正丁基锡作为复合催化剂,质量比1:1,用量1.8 g,HFC-245fa作为发泡剂,用量24 g,B8433为泡沫稳定剂,用量2 g,这样的配方制得聚氨酯泡沫性能较为理想。 The functions of spraying rigid poly-urethane foam are observed in amount of catalyst,and amount of sort and amount of foam stabilizer.It had been found that,filling of prescription was better in producing poly-urethane foam when catalyst chose N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine and dibutyltin dilaurate(1:1,mass ratio) and the amount was 1.8 portion(mass fraction),foaming agent chose HFC-245 and the amount was 24 portion,foam stabilizer chose B8433 and the amount was 2 portion.
