Test and Application on Using Metallic Framed Polyethylene Pipe to Transport Tailings and Pulps

通过钢骨架聚乙烯复合管在罗布泊盐湖尾矿及矿浆输送上的试验应用,对钢骨架聚乙烯复合管的性能和试验应用中遇到的接头泄漏、管道鼓包、法兰断裂等问题进行了分析,并提出了修正设计压力、改善接头施工工艺、规范操作等措施,对推广钢骨架聚乙烯复合管输送技术有一定的指导意义。

The metallic framed polyethylene pipe is tested in the transportation of tailings and pulps of Lobupo salt lake. The problems, such as joints leaking, pipes blasting and flanges breaking, are analyzed in detail. Some measures or methods are proposed to revise the design pressure, improve the construction technique and operations, which can be referenced in applications of metallic framed polyethylene pipes.
