喷涂层磨损寿命试验机的研制及其应用

摘要 阐述了喷涂层磨损寿命试验机的研制概况,包括试验机机械部分的设计以及传感器技术在磨损寿命数据采集系统中的应用。在磨损寿命试验中引入了磨损位移和振动量的测量,丰富了对磨损失效判断的方法。通过对试验机进行测试分析,表明试验机已达到使用要求。 The entire design process of wear life testing machine for sprayed coating is introduced, including the design of the mechanical parts of the testing machine, and the application of the sensor technology in wear life data acquisition system of the testing machine. The wear displacement and the measurement of vibration quantity are introduced in the wear life test, which enriched the judgment methods of wear failure. The results of the test and analysis show that the testing machine can meet the operation requirements.
