摘要
汽车检测对于保证交通安全、加强环境保护、提高运输能力和降低生产成本都具有重要意义。鉴于目前我国汽车工业的迅速发展和有关法规的出台,以及我国汽车检测站设备的落后状况,汽车制动性能检测系统的研究尤其受到关注。本文介绍了设计对象——反力式滚筒制动性能试验台的结构和工作原理,按照相关标准和功能要求,运用计算机控制技术,提出了系统的设计方案,详细探讨了系统的硬件、软件设计和系统的调试。
Vehicle detection has some essential meanings to guarantee traffic safety, protect the environment, enhance transport capacity and decrease production cost. According to the rapid development of vehicle industry and the correlative regulations, as well as the situations of the vehicle detection device in our country, the study on detection system of vehicle braking performance has been paid more attentions. The configuration and working principle of the reaction drum braking performance test rig are introduced in this article. Using the computer control technology, thee design scheme of the system is put forward, the design of the hardware and software and the debugging of the system are discussed in detail.
