目的了解不同产地金线莲中微量元素含量的差异。方法采用原子分光光度法对不同产地金线莲中的Fe、Mn、Zn进行测定。结果不同产地金线莲中的微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn的含量有一定差异。结论为金线莲的规范化种植和确立金线莲的质量标准提供依据。

To study and determine the relative ration of microelements in Anoectochilus roxburghii（Wall.）Lindl.from different localities.METHODS The AAS method was used to determine the contents of Fe、Mn and Zn.RESULTS The contents of microelements in Anoectochilus roxburghii（Wall.）Lindl.from different localities are different.CONCLUSION It offered fundamental data for further studies on Anoectochilus roxburghii（Wall.）Lindl.
