瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法将100例伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的胃溃疡病人随机分为两组,每组50例。治疗组前2周给予Hp根除三联方案加服瑞把派特0.1g,1日3次,2周后只用瑞巴派特、奥美拉唑治疗6周;对照组前2周给予Hp根除三联方案,2周后只用奥美拉唑治疗6周。结果治疗后两组临床症状均有显著改善(P<0.05),治疗组临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。溃疡愈合有效率和Hp根除率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞巴派特是一种有效的和安全的治疗胃溃疡的药物。
