摘要
目的:比较两种穿刺方法对血液透析患者內瘘并发症发生率的影响。方法:将52例维持性血液透析患者随机分为2组,观察组26例患者內瘘采用动脉端向心方向穿刺法,对照组26例患者內瘘采用动脉端离心方向穿刺法,比较两组患者內瘘并发症发生率,同时比较两种穿刺方法的透析效率有无差异。结果:观察组患者內瘘并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两种穿刺方法的透析效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:动脉端向心方向穿刺能减少內瘘并发症的发生率,并能保证透析效率。
Objective： To compare the effect of two centesis methods of arteriovenous fisfula on complication incidence in hemodialysis patients.Methods： 52 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups,26 patients of observation group received centripetal artery fistula,the other 26 patients of control group were centrifugal.The complication rates of arteriovenous fistula and dialysis efficiency of two groups were compared.Results： The fistula complication rates of observation group patients was obviously lower than that of control group（P0.05）,and there was no significant difference between two puncture groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： The centripetal puncture can reduce the incidence of complications in fistula and ensure dialysis efficiency.
