A multi-objective input-output optimization pricing model for differential price

采用投入产出模型和价格影响模型研究差别电价对我国能源、环境和经济的影响,在此基础上提出差别电价的多目标优化模型,最后通过实证分析,证明对高耗能行业实行差别电价对能源和环境的贡献远大于对国内生产总值(GDP)和居民消费价格指数的负面影响,对中国实现环境污染治理目标的贡献巨大.

The input-output and input-output price model is used in this paper to analyze these effects.A multi-objective optimization model is put forward for differential price.It is proven that the positive contributions of the differential price for high energy-consuming sectors on the energy conservation and environmental protection are far greater than its negative contributions on the GDP reduction and the increase of consumer price index.This is very helpful to the environmental pollution treatment goals in China.
