论村民自治中妇女政治参与权的实现

On the Realization of the Right of Women Villagers' Political Participation

妇女参政议政是妇女政治地位提高的重要标志。但目前农村妇女在村民自治实践中的政治参与仍处于弱势地位和边缘化的状态,存在政治参与意识弱,政治效能感差的现状。针对这一现状分析了在村民自治中阻碍农村妇女政治参与权利实现的诸多因素,并提出了村民自治中妇女政治参与权利的实现的对策思考,以进一步扩大妇女参加村民自治实践,发展农村基层民主,保障农村妇女享有更多更切实的民主权利。

The political status of women,is an important symbol of improved women＇s participation in politics.But now the villagers of rural women＇s political participation in the practice of self-government is still in a weak position and the marginalized status.There are weak senses of political participation,political efficacy difference between the status quo.Analysis for obstacles to the villagers in the political participation rights of rural women to achieve a number of factors and made the villagers self-government in the realization of the right of women＇s political participation have countermeasures in order to further expand the participation of women in village self-government practices,development of rural grassroots democracy to ensure rural women to enjoy more democratic rights more effectively.
