Rural economy has gotten sufficient development with the reform and open policy＇s executive,but culture construction has not.Therefore,facing the embarrassing current situation of the rural library＇s development,this article made a deep analysis on updating concept,opening up more channels,providing full range of services for rural library＇s construction from the point of view including advantages of local university＇s library resources,human resources,equipment resources.
