摘要
针对华北油田公司在煤层气开发过程中,煤层气井现状和排采要求,开展煤层气井排采工艺技术研究,研制出一套煤层气井专用电潜离心泵排采系统,该系统具有排量易调节、控制性能好、适应范围广的特点,在煤层气井上有着很好的应用前景。通过开展电潜泵配套技术研究,不断地进行实验和改进,形成了一套适用于煤层气井的电潜泵排采工艺技术,经过5口井的现场应用,取得了良好的效果。
Research work on dewatering and extraction technology for CBM wells was carried out in the light of current status of CBM wells and the requirements to dewatering in Huabei oilfield. A complete special dewatering system consisting of a submerged electric centrifugal pump was set up. The system was characterized by easily adjusted displacement, good control fimction and wide scope of application. It has a bright prospect for application to CBM wells. The associated techniques for submerged electric pump were also studied, tested and improved. As a result, a complete set of dewatering techniques using submerged electric pump for CBM wells was formulated. The system was successfully applied to five wells at the site and obtained excellent results.
