黑龙江和吉林两省烤烟主要化学成分与吸食品质的关系 被引量:7

Relationship between major chemical compositions and smoke quality in flue-cured tobacco from Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces

摘要 为探索黑龙江、吉林两省烤烟主要化学成分与其吸食品质的关系,分析了两省126份初烤烟叶样品的主要化学成分,鉴定了吸食品质。结果表明:两省烤烟主要化学成分呈现“一高三低”的特征(糖含量较高,烟碱、总氮、氧化钾含量较低);氧化钾、氯离子、总氮含量是影响两省烤烟烟叶吸食品质的主要因素,氧化钾含量低于1.5%或氯离子含量超过0.6%,吸食品质显著下降;总氮含量不宜超过1.8%;未见糖含量与吸食品质之间存在显著相关性。 Samples of 126 flue-cured tobacco leaves were collected from Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces and stochastically an- alyzed to study relationship between major chemical components and smoke quality. Results showed that 1) flue-cured tobacco from Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces was characterized by high sugar content and low total nitrogen, nicotine and K20. 2) factors affecting smoke quality were K20, C1 and total nitrogen. Smoke quality was low when K20 content was lower than 1.5 percent or C1 content was higher than 0.6 percent. Content of total nitrogen was better kept under 1.8 percent ; 3) no signifi- cant correlation between water-soluble sugar and smoke quality was observed.
