常熟口岸国际航行船舶环境质量监测研究

Research on environmental quality monitoring of international vessels at Changshu Port

目的分析常熟港国际航行船舶环境质量监测数据,找出存在的问题和可能的原因,为促进船员健康,制订船舶卫生标准提供依据。方法随机抽取靠泊常熟港的国际航行船舶,定期监测与评价船舶环境质量。监测项目包括温度、湿度、风速、照度、噪声、CO、CO2、甲醛、粉尘、空气细菌总数。监测地点包括餐厅、宿舱、卫生间和机舱。结果共监测常熟港国际航行船舶60艘船次,不同测定地点的风速、二氧化碳、甲醛、照度测定值、温度、噪声测定值差别有统计学意义。不同船龄的相对湿度测定值差异有统计学意义。结论应着重关注船龄较老的船舶,加强机舱的卫生监测,改善轮机工的工作环境,确保船舱环境质量,提高船员健康水平。

Objective To provide references for the promotion of crews＇ health and formulation of sanitary standards by analyzing environmental quality monitoring data and finding out exiting problems and possible reasons. Methods International vessels at Changshu Port are randomly sampled to carry out regular monitoring and environmental quality evaluation. The monitoring items included temperature,moisture,wind speed,illumination intensity,noise,CO,CO2,formaldehyde,pellet,total number of bacteria in air. The monitoring sites included dining-halls,lodging quarters,toilets,engine room. Results 60 international vessels were monitored at Changshu Port. There was statistically significant difference between different sites in the measurement of wind speed,CO2,formaldehyde,and illumination intensity. There is statistically significant in moisture between vessels with different ages. Conclusion Attention should be paid to older vessels,the hygienic status of engine room and the working environment of mechanic workers should be improved to ensure environmental quality and improve crews＇ health status.
