北滘口岸2006-2009年进境集装箱携带医学媒介生物情况分析

Situation analysis of medical vectors in entry containers at Beijiao Port from 2006 to 2009

目的通过分析北滘口岸入境集装箱输入医学媒介生物的特点,探讨相应的卫生监管措施以阻断潜在的疫情疫病的传播。方法对2006-2009年入境集装箱进行卫生处理后开箱查验,记录截获医学媒介生物情况,收集数据并进行整理和分析。结果北滘口岸共截获载有医学媒介生物的集装箱5768箱,主要为蜚蠊类、蝇类、蚊类和鼠类;医学媒介生物的分布有明显的地域性和季节性,与货物的种类密切相关。结论根据医学媒介生物输入的特点来采取相应的监管措施,以提高输入性医学媒介生物监管的针对性和有效性。

Objective Explore corresponding health supervision measures to block the spread of potential epidemics through analyzing the characteristics of medical vectors in entry containers at Beijiao Port. Methods After sanitization,entry containers from 2006 to 2009 were opened to record captured medical vectors. And collected data were further sorted out and analyzed.Results The main medical vectors captured in 5768 entry containers at Beijiao Port are cockroach,flies,mosquitoes and rats. Its distribution has significant regional and seasonal features and closely related with cargo types. Conclusion Corresponding supervision measures should be carried out in consideration of imported medical vectors＇ characteristics to improve its pertinence and efficacy.
