摘要
通过对国内外综合运输通道规划相关理论的分析,结合上海国际航运中心集疏运网络的特点,标定包括运行费用、时间价值、外部成本费用的广义费用函数,构造基于广义费用函数最小的集疏运通道优化模型,基于所建模型,应用STAN软件,对上海国际航运中心集疏运干道进行分析,为近期建设提供理论依据。
Through the analysis of the related methods of planning on multi - modes transportation (intermodal) corridors, with the characteristics of transportation corridors of collection and distribution system of Shanghai International Shipping Centre, the operating cost, delay cost and external cost, optimal model aiming at the minimum of such generalized cost are marked with the optimal model of the minimum of generalized cost. Finally the model has been made with STAN software. Analysis on the transportation corridors of collection and distribution systems was made and theoretical gist is offered for recent constructure.
