ERP在山东省中小型企业的应用分析

Status of ERP Application of Small and Medium Enterprises,A Case of Shandong Province

作为占据我国90%的经济主体,中小型企业的发展至关重要。在信息技术飞速发展的当代,中小型企业利用信息化手段(实施ERP)提高核心竞争力是其必然选择。本文通过分析山东省中小型企业ERP的应用现状,归纳其存在的问题并分析了原因,主要包括:对ERP认识存在误区、资金和人才缺乏、管理基础薄弱、缺少适合中小型企业的软件产品、企业提供服务不够等等。针对山东省中小型企业的特点,从企业、政府、供应商三个层面,提出了适合山东省中小型企业应用ERP的具体对策建议。

Since small and medium sized enterprises（SME） make up 90% of economic subject in China,the development of SME is crucial for economic development.Along with the fast development of information technology,adapting Enterprise Resource Planning（ERP） is the inevitable choice for SME to strengthen their industrial competitiveness.The current status of SME＇s application of ERP in Shandong Province was analysed in this paper,and the causes for the relative low application rate may come from the misunderstanding concerning EPR,shortage of talents and funds,weak management,lack of suitable software,insufficient technical support,etc.Based on the characteristics of SME in Shandong Province,concrete strategies for SME to apply ERP were put forward in this paper at three levels： enterprises,government,and service suppliers.
