摘要
技术、组织和区域关系三重螺旋模型相对以往测度经济知识基础的理论不仅在方法论上进行了创新,提出与原来思路完全不同的分析工具,而且该方法能够解释知识的配置和系统进化的动力问题,但Leydesdorff等却没有在他们原来理论基础上对经济的知识基础与创新的表现进行研究,而这个问题对政府政策的制定具有非常重要的实践意义。本文基于技术—组织—区域关系三重螺旋模型,利用多元回归方法和中国统计年鉴数据实证研究了经济知识基础和创新表现之间的关系。该模型中,因变量是区域创新的表现,这里选择年授予专利数;自变量方面,用中、高技术企业数代表技术因素,用大中小企业数来表示组织因素。结论显示:技术—组织—区域关系的三重螺旋关系作为经济知识基础对中国的创新表现有显著影响;在三重螺旋关系中,"企业所有制"不能代替"企业规模"作为其中的一个螺旋,但对创新表现有间接影响;当经济知识基础系统中交互协调机制起作用时,中技术部门比高技术部门更有助于创新的表现。
Compared to the previous measure economic knowledge base theory,the triple helix model of technology,organization and location relationshipis not only innovative in the aspect of methodology,but also brings forth a means of analysis totally different from the original idea.This model can explain the problem of the motive power of knowledge configuration and system evolution which is very significant to the government's policy-making,while Leydesdorff didn't study the economic knowledge base and innovative performance according to the previous theoretical base.Based on the triple helix model of technology,organization and location relationship,this article studies the relationship between economic knowledge base and innovative performance by the way of multicomponent regression and China's petroleum industry annual statistics.In this model,the dependent variable factor is the number of yearly patents,which is the performance of location innovation;in the aspect of the independent variable factors,technology factor is the number of medium-tech and high-tech enterprises and organizational factor is the number of large,medium and small enterprises.This article draws the conclusion that: the economic knowledge base of the triple helix model of technology,organization and location relationship has great influence on Chinese innovative performance;among the relationship of triple helix,"forms of business ownership" can not replace the "business scale" to be one helix,while it will influence the innovative performance indirectly;when the interaction coordination mechanism of economic knowledge base system begins to take effect,the high-tech department is more conducive to innovative performance than the medium-techone.
