摘要 环氧沥青混合料的疲劳评价是环氧钢桥面铺装的主要检测项目之一。通过三分点小梁疲劳与跨中加载小梁疲劳2种方案,对比了应变控制与应力控制对于环氧沥青混合料的疲劳评价的适用性;用2种常见环氧沥青的对比试验数据,印证了分析,推荐使用应力控制;通过ANSYS有限元分析,对疲劳夹具进行了修正,确保其疲劳试验数据的准确性。 One of the main test objectives of this project is the fatigue performance evaluation of Epoxy Asphalt Mixture on steel bridge deck.The pros and cons of the three-point small beam fatigue test and cross-loaded small beam fatigue test were compared through a large number of comparative tests and the applicability of strain and stress control in the fatigue evaluation of epoxy asphalt mixture.Two common types of epoxy asphalts were used in the research and a large number of comparative results with actual data confirmed the analysis.In order to comply with the steel bridge pavement surface engineering practice and traffic situations,the control of small beam fatigue test mode,test temperature,loading frequency,loading time and the waveform of the proposed options were recommended.
