摘要
通过邹平西外环路桥工程雪花山庄大桥现浇箱梁及青岛流亭机场高架桥等实践及梁体应力分析,提出箱梁混凝土浇筑次序的优化方案,即先浇筑底板及腹板,后浇筑顶板及翼板.其优点有:内模支撑简单;节省人工及材料费;第一次浇筑混凝土后形成的结构抵抗地基不均匀沉降等风险的能力大大增强;施工质量可控性好.
Based on the practice and beam stress analysis of the cast-in-place box-girder of Xuehuashanzhuang Bridge and Liuting Airport Viaduct in Qingdao,an optimized sequence of box-shaped girder's casting that the bottom slab and web are to be cast first and the deck and wing slabs second is put forward in this paper.Its advantages go as follows:the inside formworks are simple,the labor and materials are economized,the ability of sustaining subsidence asymmetry is strengthened and the quality controllability of the construction is good.
