摘要
以博茨瓦纳弗朗西体育场项目为背景,研究了预制看台板滑移施工技术.由于体育场结构跨度较大,构件质量较大,因此对吊装设备、吊装工艺提出了较高要求.若单纯使用吊车吊装,完成所有看台板,需要使用200 t吊车,当地的吊装设备太少,50 t以上吊车必须到其他国家租赁,并且费用昂贵.根据现场实际情况,经过综合考虑、比较,预制看台板安装采用了滑移法施工技术.在工期方面,考虑可以进行分组滑移.本滑移施工是在带有30~40°的坡度看台上进行,工程量繁多,在施工安全、技术方面尚无施工规范进行参考.
In light with the Integrated Sports Facilities in Francistown,Botswana,the authors discuss the slip construction technology of prefabricated stand plates.Superior hoisting equipment and technology were required because of the large span stadium structure and heavy construction members.If they merely used cranes to hoist all the stand plates,the construction workers would need 200-ton cranes.There were too few cranes in Botswana, therefore,cranes over 50-ton must be rented from other countries and the rental was very high.According to the actual situation and after due consideration,the technicians adopted the slip construction technology and divided the construction into groups.The stand under construction was a 30~40°slope,so it increased a lot of workload.There was no reference on construction safety and technology at that time.
