摘要
人工挖孔桩因其具有机具设备简单,施工操作方便,占用场地小,无泥浆排出,对周围环境及建筑物影响小,施工质量可靠,可全面展开施工,缩短工期,造价低等优点,在近几年得到广泛运用,特别是在扩大桩头的桩基施工中,人工挖孔桩施工更有其优越性.但人工挖孔桩井下作业条件差、环境恶劣、劳动强度大,尤其在淤泥地质条件下,人工挖孔桩施工更复杂,很容易出现涌砂塌孔等问题.结合具体的工程实践,介绍了人工挖孔桩通过缩短每节护壁高度、采取可靠支撑来控制淤泥地质下土质不稳定的关键施工技术及相应的处理措施,为今后类似工程提供借鉴.
The manual digging pile has been widely used in recent years because of its simple equipment,easy operation,occupying small space,no mud to be discharged,little impact on the surrounding environment and buildings,reliable construction quality,and its low cost. What's more,it can keep the construction proceeding in full swing and the work period is short.In the large pile foundation construction,the manual digging pile has more advantages which can make up for some disadvantages of mechanical execution.However,the manual work is proceeding in the poor environment,and its labour intensity is great.Especially under the mucky geological conditions,it is more complex,and the problems such as.collapse are likely to occur.Based on the actual engineering practice,this paper introduces the key skills and measures of the manual digging pile under the mucky geological conditions.
