摘要
工期管理是项目管理的核心,工期控制与项目成本密切相关,在阿尔及利亚从事建筑工程,物资、劳务及信息等各种资源相对匮乏,业主、监理工作效率相对低下,如何有效地进行项目管理过程中各阶段工期控制,如何收集工期索赔资料并向业主索赔工期,是关系到项目管理成败的关键.总结了穆斯达戈内姆700套项目施工过程中各阶段进度管理及工期索赔过程中的一些经验,从承包商角度对工期索赔权的论证进行了针对性的分析评述,论证了整个工期索赔的合理性,旨在为承包商进行有效的工期索赔提供理论和实践经验参考.
Time management is the core of the project management and duration control and cost are closely related.In the construction of Algerian projects,materials,labor service,information and other resources are short,and the work efficiency of the owners and supervisors are comparatively low.It is the key to success in project management how to effectively carry out the duration control in every stage,how to collect the claim data and how to claim against the owners.By summarizing the experience of progress management and duration claim in every stage of the 700-Unit Residential Project in Mostagenm,this paper analyses the duration claim right from the contractor's perspective and demonstrates that the duration claim is reasonable,so as to provide the theoretical and practical reference for the contractors.
