High-Technical Talents Training Measures for Coal Industry's Sustainable Development

在大量调研和数据分析、比较研究的基础上,提出了当前煤炭产业高技能型人才队伍建设所存在的问题。根据当前煤炭资源整合和产业优化升级对人才队伍建设的新要求,从政府、行业、企业和教育机构层面提出了加快高技能型煤炭人才培养的对策和建议。

Based on data analysis and comparative study, the paper lists the problems in the high-technical talents construction in coal industry. Coal resources integration and industrial optimization puts forward new requirements for the talents construction. Therefore measures and suggestions are pro- posed to speed up the talents training on government level, industry level, enterprise level and educational institution level.
