摘要
稻壳灰经碱液(氢氧化钠)处理后,再用酸活化以制取油脂脱色剂.探讨了碱液浓度、酸液浓度、活化时间、活化温度等因素对脱色剂脱色能力的影响,并对脱色剂的性能作了研究.结果表明,氢氧化钠最佳浓度为2 mol/L,活化过程选择5%的硫酸,在90℃条件下,活化5 h、150℃条件下干燥.
We prepared an oil decolorant from rice hull ash by treating with NaOH solution,and then activating with acid.We discussed the influences of NaOH concentration,acid concentration,activation time and activation temperature on the decolorizing capability of the decolorant,and studied the decolorant performance.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: NaOH concentration 2 mol/L,5% sulfuric acid as the activating agent,activation temperature 90 ℃,activation time 5 hours,and drying temperature 150 ℃.
