俄罗斯对欧盟的政治战略模式探析

An Analysis of Russian Model of Political Strategy towards the European Union

梅德韦杰夫当选总统后,俄欧关系进入新的发展阶段。目前,俄罗斯对欧盟政治战略有三种模式可以选择:"政治一体化模式"、"相互制衡模式"、"联系国模式"。三种模式的战略目标分别是最终加入欧盟、维持战略伙伴关系、成为欧盟的联系国。根据俄欧政治发展的现状和趋势,未来俄罗斯很有可能选择"联系国模式"。

After Medvedev was elected as president, the relations between Russia and Europe have entered a new development stage. At present, Russia’s political strategy towards European Union has three choices： ＂political integrating model＂, ＂mutual checking and balancing model＂, and ＂contact national model＂. The strategic goals of three models are to finally join the EU, maintain the strategic partner relationship and become a contact country of the EU respectively. According to the present conditions and trends of political development in both Russia and Europe, most probably, Russia will choose ＂contact national model＂ in the future.
