热舒适环境下我国村镇建筑节能发展研究——以常熟地区为例

摘要 建筑节能是我国当前社会发展的热点和难点问题,我国建筑围护结构技术、太阳能热利用及光伏利用技术和地源热泵技术在城市建筑的应用上有了较快的发展。常熟地区的村镇经济发展迅速,但村镇建筑节能存在围护结构能耗过大、新技术应用过少、节能推广力度不大等问题。村镇建筑节能发展的对策,需要从落实国家节能政策、履行政府职责、产学研相结合等方面采取有效的措施,同时节能服务公司对建筑节能发展的将会起到重要的作用。 Building energy conservation is both a hot and difficult problem in China’s current social development. Building energy conservation technologies such as building enclosing technology, solar thermal and photovoltaic technologies and ground source heat pump technology have been applied widely in urban architecture. Economy in Changshu towns and villages has developed rapidly, but a survey shows some problems exist such as excessive energy consumption of building enclosing structure, inadequate new technology application, and little efforts to promote energy conservation. This paper suggests some effective countermeasures against town and village building energy conservation such as implementing energy conservative policies, performing government duties, and the combination of industry, college and research institution. At the same time energy service companies will play an important role in the development of building energy conservation.
