摘要
探讨了主分量分析法在齿轮故障诊断中的应用问题,从理论上对主分量分析法进行了推导和分析,讨论了其误差,编写了用该法诊断故障的程序,并给出了齿轮诊断的应用实例。该方法直接利用齿轮振动噪声信号进行分析,具有速度快、准确性高的优点。
In the paper, the application of the Principal-Component Analysis method in failure diagnosis is explored. Fast and. precise, this method can be directly used for gear noise and vibration signals in time-domain. The principal problem and errors occurring in the calculation are theoretically discussed in detail. A program and experiments for gear failure diagnosis are well proved.
