摘要
我国图书馆经历了传统图书馆、自动化图书馆、图书馆2.0的发展阶段,图书馆服务文化也步履了从萌芽、发生到发展的历史演进。在图书馆2.0时代,图书馆人要构建以用户为中心的服务文化体系,拓展图书馆服务功能,以更新的理念、更智慧的服务实现图书馆服务文化的定位与提升。
Libraries have experienced a developing stage from traditional library, automated library and library 2.0, and the evolution of their service culture has taken place from its sprouting to its growth and its current development. In this process, our librarians have developed their newer, wiser and more considerate service concepts so as to establish the service system of focusing on their customers and expanding their service functions.
