高校图书馆读者借阅制度的改进与完善

Improvement of the System of Borrowing and Circulating Books in College Libraries

高校图书馆读者借阅制度是规范读者借阅行为、保障读者阅读权益的重要规范。读者借阅制度的合理与有效实施可以促进图书馆的馆藏布局工作、保证馆藏文献的正常流通,从而提高馆藏文献的利用率。针对现行制度中存在的一些不合理之处,提出建立富有弹性的人性化的读者借阅制度,以有效促进图书馆服务工作的改进;这样,既能增强读者的满意度,又提高了图书资源的利用效率,从而最大限度地发挥图书馆服务教学、科研的作用,使图书馆的效益最大化。

Book borrowing system is very important in standardizing readers’ behaviors and safeguarding their rights. Through an analysis of some unreasonable phenomenon in the process of borrowing and circulating books and their possible causes, we put forward some measures to improve the system of borrowing and circulating books in college libraries so that the utility efficiency of library resources can be improved and library services for teaching and researches can be brought into full play.
