An Exploration of the Integrated Services of Disks Attached to Books

图书馆随书光盘管理中存在光盘与图书异地存放、网络数据存贮空间有限、数据提取障碍等问题。本文在总结随书光盘管理实践的基础上,提出了相应的解决办法:随书光盘和图书结合服务,可以解决存储地不同的问题;按需点播服务可以解决数据空间不足的问题;对光盘加工人员进行技术培训以解决光盘数据提取障碍。

In the library, the management of disks attached to books has problems of being stored in separate places, limited network data space and obstacles of data withdrawal. Based on the present management experience, this paper suggests the combined service of disks attached to books in order to solve the problem of separate storing places. To meet on-demand requests to solve the problem of insufficient data space and make the staff skillful with data extraction technology through training. Solutions to these problems can help achieve the integrated services of books and disks attached to books and make the whole library service more efficient.
