论高校辅导员的自我职业生涯管理

Individual Career Management as Instructors of College Students

辅导员迫切需要加强自我职业生涯管理(ICM),以提升自身的发展空间和机会。组织、个体、职业三方面因素都会对辅导员ICM产生正反两方面的影响,目前的辅导员ICM内容还不够全面,应扩展到六个方面,形成并列的、相对独立的六因素内容模型,才能使辅导员ICM收到较好的效果。

Career development for instructors of college students has not been a major concern of OCM.To secure a better space and opportunity for career development,instructors of college students have a pressing need to enhance their individual career management（ICM）.Organization,individual and career all have both positive and negative effects on their ICM.To make better achievements in their ICM,the content of their ICM has to be completed by extending it to include six parallel but independent factors.
