应用型本科院校的就业机制保障还处在探索和磨合时期,职业指导的理念、方式方法还有待提高,经费保障、人员保障和硬件软件平台的建设仍然不够理想。在当前的社会背景下,要树立应用型本科职业指导的理念,逐步建设规范高效的就业服务机构,打造专业、敬业的职业指导团队,努力建构灵活高效的就业工作机制。

Employment mechanism in application-oriented colleges and universities is still in its primary period,and related concepts and methods need to be improved.Besides,funds,personnel,hardware and software platform construction are still insufficient.Against this backdrop,it is necessary to foster the new concept of vocational guidance for application-oriented schools,gradually build up highly efficient employment service agencies,and develop professional guidance teams to form a flexible and efficient employment mechanism.
