摘要
在论述发酵控制系统及对象特性的基础上，设计了下位机控制算法，实现了罐温控制．在基本ＰＩＤ 控制的基础上，详细地论述了模糊控制算法设计，同时由控制规则生成单元生成控制规则，并离线计算其模糊控制查询表。
A distributed control system of erythromycin fermention process is analysed.The control algorithm of sub-station is designed. It implements the control of tank's temperature, pressure, air-flow, PH, etc.The design of fuzzy controller is discussed in detail as well as the basic PID control.The fuzzy control rules generated by a fuzzy rule generator off-line is calculated so that it becomes convenient to modify the control rules based on the response of control object.
