The Application of Energy-Saving Technology in Refineries

摘要 与国外先进水平相比,我国炼油企业普遍能耗较高。截止到2008年12月,中国石化(Sinopec)炼油综合能耗累计为63.78kg标油/t,其中燕山石化降幅10.01kg标油/t,海南炼化降幅7.03kg标油/t,广州石化降幅5.29kg标油/t,金陵石化降幅4.49kg标油/t等。洛阳石化综合能耗为67.39kg标油/t,高于中国石化平均水平3.61kg标油/t。调查显示,茂名石化通过优化油罐加热维温和管线蒸汽伴热方式,采用低温热源作伴热及罐区维温,减少蒸汽消耗、提高中压蒸汽系统供汽压力,确保中压蒸汽透平机组效率,抓好优化节电项目实施投用;高桥石化通过实施装置技术改造,优化工艺过程、减少工艺用汽,优化装置发汽、增加蒸汽外输;齐鲁石化通过延迟焦化装置-CFB锅炉低温余热综合利用,含硫污水双塔汽提装置节水减排等措施,分别实现了节能增效。提出通过操作优化、新工艺应用、技术改造、设备更新和管理创新等,有效降低洛阳石化的炼油能耗。 Compared with global leaders,Chinese refineries are generally energy intensive.As of December 2008,Sinopec′s overall cumulative energy consumption was 63.78kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock.Sinopec′s subsidiary Yanshan Petrochemical Company witnessed an energy consumption decline of 10.01kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock.Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Company′s energy consumption dropped by 7.03kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock,Sinopec Guangzhou Company′s energy consumption dropped by 5.29kg of oil equivalent and Sinopec Jinling Company′s energy consumption dropped by 4.49kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock.Sinopec Luoyang Company′s overall energy consumption was 67.39kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock,higher than Sinopec′s average of 3.61kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock.The measures taken by Sinopec Maoming Company to reduce energy consumption included optimizing the heating and temperature maintenance for oil tanks and steam tracing for pipelines,using low-temperature heat source as the tracing heat source and to maintain temperature for tank areas,reducing steam consumption,raising the steam supply pressure for the medium-pressure steam system,ensuring the high efficiency of medium-pressure steam turbines and strengthening the construction and application of energy saving facilities.The energy saving measures taken by Sinopec Gaoqiao Company included conducting technical upgrades,optimizing processes,reducing the use of steam in processes,optimizing units′ steam production,and increasing the outgoing supply of steam.Sinopec Qilu Company′s energy saving measures included utilizing the low-temperature residual heat from the CFB boiler of the delayed coking unit and using twin-tower sour water stripping unit to save water and reduce discharges.This article proposes a multi-pronged approach to effectively reduce the energy consumption of Sinopec Luoyang Company in refining,including optimizing operation,applying new technology,conducting technical upgrade,updating equipment and innovating in management.
