房产测绘数据时空模型与查询研究

Study on Spatiotemporal Model and Query of House Property Surveying Data

通过分析房产测绘数据时空变化的基本类型与特点，联合运用时空复合与基态修正方法的思想，设计并构造了适于房产测绘数据变更管理和时空查询的时空数据模型．该模型用现状层、历史层及属性变更表组织数据，根据房产实体间的时空拓扑关系建立现状数据与历史数据间的联系．利用Ａｒｃｖｉｅｗ ＧＩＳ工具，具体实现了房产数据的时空管理与时态查询．

On the basis of analysis of the catalog and characteristics of the spatiotemporal change of house property surveying data,a spatiotemporal model is developed by thinking of space time composites and base state amendments,which is appropriate for the updating and query of the data.With the three tables—new,historical layer and attribute updating tables,relationship between the new and historical data is established by use of spatiotemporal topologic relationship of the house property.And spatiotemporal management and temporal querying of the data are realized with the Arcview GIS.
