摘要
分析2009年中国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区)疑似预防接种异常反应,以及2000～2009年国内外文献中关于接种卡介苗(Bacille Calmette-Guérin,BCG)后的各种临床损害发生情况和发生概率,评价BCG的安全性。同时,对全球范围内BCG的生产、使用状况、免疫功效以及对于控制结核病的意义做了综述。
The essay is to analyze the safety of Bacille Calmette-Guérin（BCG）vaccine by analyzing Adverse Events Following Immunization（AEFI）in Chinese AEFI surveillance data in 10 pilot provinces in 2009,and analyze the AEFI reports in Chinese main journals during 2000-2009.Safety analysis include the main clinical symptoms and their reported rates.At same time,the article also introduce the manufacturing,inoculation and effectiveness of BCG vaccine in the world and its value in the campaign against the Tuberculosis prevention and control.
