摘要
针对信息系统开发过程的动态风险，提出了一种综合评价模型，该模型能对动态风险发生的可能性、发生时所产生的后果以及风险评价因子进行确定、分析并对动态风险进行评价．在此基础上进一步叙述了模型的应用及注意事项．
In view of the dynamic risks occurring in the information system development process, a synthetical evaluation model for determining the possibility of dynamic risks, their effects and risk evaluation factors, is put forward. The model can also be used for analyzing and evaluating dynamic risks. Finally, some points of carefulness in the model application process are described.
