摘要
以伊通河流域农业种植区为研究点,从2009年5月到2009年10月通过对地下水及河水的取样和实验室分析,系统全面地研究了河水和地下水中铵态氮、硝态氮和亚硝态氮的含量状况,及其在时间和空间上的变化趋势。结果表明:通过无重复双因素方差分析表明,该调查区地下水和河水中NO3--N、NH4+-N、NO2--N含量均表现为在不同月份差异显著,不同样点之间差异显著的特点。地下水中的NH4+-N和NO2--N含量基本上呈现由上游到下游逐渐增加的趋势,NO3--N含量的空间变化趋势并不明显。河水中的NH4+-N、NO2--N含量与各个调查点的地理位置呈极显著的正相关,其相关系数(r)分别为0.918 2**和0.809 1**(n=15)。NO3--N含量与各个取样点位置的相关性不显著(r=0.218 6,n=15)。表明从上游到下游,河水中三氮含量有增加的趋势,其中NH4+-N最明显,NO3--N最不明显。
From October 2009 to May 2009,through statistic analyzing groundwater and river water monitoring,this dissertation made a systematical and in-depth study on the content of NO-3-N,NH+4-N and NO-2-N and their trend of fluctuation according to time and space.The result showed that: the content of NO-3-N,NH+4-N and NO-2-N in river water and groundwater in the researching area existed significant difference between different months and sampling point through variance analysis of no repeat and two-factor.The content of NH+4-N,NO-2-N in groundwater showed the trend of increasing from upstream to downstream basically,but the space trend of NO-3-N was not obvious.There was a relationship of extremely significant positive correlation between the content of NH+4-N and NO-2-N in river water and the site of every sampling point.Its correlation coefficients were 0.918 2** and 0.809 1**(n=15) respectively.But the relationship of NO-3-N and the sampling site was not obvious(r=0.218 6,n=15).This showed that there was a increasing trend in the content of three forms of N from upstream to downstream which NH+4-N was obvious,but NO-3-N was not.
