摘要
使用离散法对4100QB柴油机齿轮室盖的声辐射效率行了试验研究。对比了激励安装钢板和激励齿轮盖两种方式下所测声辐射系数的差异,探讨了激励点位置对齿轮室盖声辐射效率的影响;测量了3种不同结构的齿轮室盖声辐射效率,研究齿轮室盖结构变化对声辐射效率的影响规律,指出齿轮室盖刚度增加使600~1000Hz频率范围内的高声辐射效率区域变窄,声辐射效率降低,在1000~2000Hz频率范围内使高声辐射效率区域变宽,辐射效率值增大。研究表明,在分析罩盖类零件的噪声问题时,需要重视结构变化对零件声辐射效率的影响。
Radiation efficiency of 4100QB diesel engine gear-cover was investigated by using the Discrete Calculation Method (DCM). Through comparing the radiation efficiency caused by two different exciting methods,exciting the installing steel plate and exciting on gear-cover,the influence of exciting point on radiation efficiency of gear-cover was discussed,and the experimental results of three gear-covers showed that the stiffness affect the radiation efficiency significantly. The stiffness of gear-cover shrinks the high efficiency range within 600 Hz to 1 000 Hz,reduces the radiation efficiency,meanwhile,enlarges the high efficiency range within 1 000 Hz to 2 000 Hz,and increases the radiation efficiency. The paper shows that the changing of structure of thin cover parts should be taken into account when solving the noise problem.
