摘要
目的:探讨经睫状体平坦部硅油取出,巩膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化术及折叠人工晶体植入联合术的治疗观察及优点。方法:29例硅油填充眼完成硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术。结果:术后视力不同程度提高,8例术中晶体后囊破裂,人工晶体植入在睫状沟内,10例病人角膜内皮皱褶,2例病人视网膜再脱离2次手术后成功复位。结论:经睫状体平坦部硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化及折叠人工晶体植入术是安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect and merit of silicone oil removal with pars plana sclerotomies,Phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation through limbus tunnel incision.Methods： Perform silicone oil removal,Phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation on 29 eyes of cata-ract with silicone oil tamponade.Results： Vision after surgery improved to varying degrees.posterior capsule rupture during operation,and intraocular lens implantation in sulcus fixation in 8 eyes.corneal endothelial appear ruga in 10 eyes.Recurrent retinal detachment occurred in 2 eyes after operation,which were cured after the second retina-vitreous surgery.Conclusion： Silicone oil removal with pars plana sclerotomies,Phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective approach.
