柔性薄膜太阳能电池的力电参数测试 被引量:6

Mechanical and Electrical Parameters Test for Flexible Thin-Film Solar Cell

摘要 为了解柔性薄膜太阳能电池的力学性能及其在受力状态下光电性能的变化,本文选择美国Konarka公司生产的柔性薄膜太阳能电池作为研究对象,通过拉伸试验的方法对该种电池的力学参数指标进行测定,并对其在拉应力影响下电池输出电压的变化进行了研究。实验结果表明:所研究的柔性薄膜太阳能电池在平行电池条方向上的弹性模量、拉伸强度要优于垂直电池条方向,并且两个方向上的电池破坏形态也有较大区别。同时,柔性薄膜太阳能电池在拉应力作用影响下,两个方向上输出电压的变化也有明显区别。研究结果对柔性薄膜太阳能电池在建筑、汽车、航空等领域的应用提供了一定的参考依据。 In order to investigate the mechanical and optical properties of flexible thin-film solar cell,the mechanical parameters and the influence of tensile stress on the voltage output of flexible thin-film solar cell made by US Konarka company were studied based on tensile test and the results are presented in this paper. It shows that the Young's modulus and tensile strength of flexible thin-film solar cell along the direction parallel to the solar cell is much better than these along the direction perpendicular to the solar cell,and the failure mode is different in above-mentioned two directions. Meanwhile,there is an obvious difference in voltage output of flexible thin-film solar cell under stress along above-mentioned two directions. The work reported in this paper may provide a reference for the application of flexible thin-film solar cell in area of construction,automobile,aviation and so on.
