中西医结合治疗伴抑郁状态的非糜烂性反流病的临床研究

Clinical study on non-erosive reflux disease accompanied with depression treated with integrated TCM and western medicine

[目的]观察逍遥丸联合西药治疗伴抑郁状态的非糜烂性反流病(NERD)的临床疗效。[方法]将67例伴抑郁状态的NERD患者随机分为2组,对照组用奥美拉唑20 mg,qd,多潘立酮10 mg,tid;治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用逍遥丸9 g,bid。8周后随访疗效。[结果]2组治疗后临床症状明显减轻,临床症状积分较前明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率94.4%,对照组治疗总有效率74.2%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后抑郁自评量表评分均明显下降,治疗组抑郁自评量表评分下降更加明显(P<0.01)。[结论]逍遥丸联合奥美拉唑及多潘立酮治疗伴抑郁状态的NERD临床疗效显著,且能明显改善患者抑郁状态。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Xiaoyao pill combined with western medicine on non-erosive reflux disease（NERD）accompanied with depression.[Methods]Sixty-seven patients of NERD accompanied with depression were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-six cases in treatment group were treated by Xiaoyao pill combined with Omeprazole capsule and domperidone and thirty-one cases in the control group were given with Omeprazole capsule and domperidone.The treatment in the two groups lasted for eight weeks.The curative effects were assessed with reflux diagnostic questionnaire and the self-rating depression scale（SDS）before and after the treatment.[Results]The total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 74.2% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.SDS scores of the both groups decreased significantly after the treatment（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed lower SDS scores after the treatment（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Xiaoyao pill combined with Omeprazole capsule and domperidone can obviously ameliorate the clinical symptoms of NERD and improve the depression situations.
