急性冠脉综合征患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白与白介素-6的相关性研究 被引量:6

The Research on the Relationship Between Serum High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein and Interleukin-6 in Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients

摘要 目的 探讨炎性标志物高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的关系.方法 对60例ACS[其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)33例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)27例]和45例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者及45例健康人群,采用免疫透射比浊法检测血清hs-CRP水平,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清IL-6水平,比较各组的差异及其在ACS中的相互关系.结果 ACS组血清hs-CRP、IL-6浓度明显高于SAP组及健康对照组(P<0.01),其中,AMI组血清hs-CRP、IL-6浓度又明显高于UAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACS患者血清hs-CRP与IL-6呈正相关(r=0.836).结论 血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平可判断斑块的稳定性,且在ACS过程中具有一定的相关性,对ACS预后的判断具有重要价值. Objective To investigate the relationship among the inflammatory markers of high-sensitivity Creactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and the process of the acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods Immunity turbidimetry assay was used to test the serum hs-CRP,and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to test the serum IL-6 in 60 ACS cases[33 cases with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) ,27 cases with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)],45 cases with stable angina pectoris (SAP)and 45 healthy persons. The differences of the serum hs-CRP and the serum IL-6 were compared among the three groups and the correlation between serum hs-CRP and the serum IL-6 was also analyzed in the ACSs. Results The concentrations of the serum hs-CRP and the serum IL-6 in ACSs were both significantly higher than those of SAPs and healthy persons (all P<0.01).The concentrations of the serum hs-CRP and the serum IL-6 in AMIs were significantly higher than those of UAPs (all P<0.05). And there was a direct correlation between the serum hs-CRP and the serum IL-6 in ACSs (r=0.836).Conclusion The levels of the serum hs-CRP and the serum IL-6 could be used to judge the stability of the plaques,and there was some direct correlation between them in the ACS process, and they should he valuable to predict the prognosis of ACSs.
